We can offer a variety of shipping options due to our long-term partnership with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are trained to package your goods exactly as per the specifications we provide. Prior to shipping your items will be thoroughly inspected and secured. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers in many countries. Our commitment to become the biggest online retailer worldwide is demonstrated by this. There are distribution centers as well as warehouses across Europe as well as the USA.
Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing time based on the individual item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. Please be aware it's possible your order will be unable to fill after you place the order.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item when it's unopened and still in the same state as when you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
